"The good life is a process; not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination"

-Carl Rogers

About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the state of Oregon and hold a Master's Degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College. In addition to my work with families, I see adolescent and adult individuals, and work with couples on communication and relational issues.

My Practice

As a therapist, I wish to empower my clients to grow individually and relationally utilizing their own personal strengths. I believe all clients who walk through my door are capable of living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.

I provide a supportive and confidential relationship to help clients explore presenting issues with the intention of improving insight, gaining acceptance, and modifying behavior.

Clients report benefitting from the relationship, information, and skills obtained through sessions.

I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and abide by the Code of Ethics of the Oregon State Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.
